The content of paper is limited to provide sources of risk, issues of risk identification processes of decision-making and risk measurement. The development occupies a special place the issue of sources of risk and its identification. Economic organization management theory draws attention to the so-called. control variables of the processes of decision-making. The study assumes that they are symptomatic of the chance variables. Home to develop a hypothesis assumes the risk that changes in state decision- -making processes are caused by changes in the socio economic conditions.
