Artykuł dotyczy ważnego i groźnego zjawiska stosowania mobbingu przez pielęgniarską kadrę kierowniczą wobec podwładnych. W artykule omówiono definicję mobbingu i działania wchodzące w jego zakres. Literatura wskazuje, że przyczyny mobbingu z reguły leżą zarówno po stronie sprawcy, jak i poszkodowanego. Skutki mobbingu również dotyczą nie tylko ofiary, ale także negatywnie wpływają na organizację. Zaprezentowano również wyniki badań własnych, w których wzięło udział 140 pielęgniarek i pielęgniarzy. Badania dotyczyły analizy i oceny opinii respondentów na temat działań mobbingowych stosowanych przez pielęgniarską kadrę kierowniczą. Respondenci deklarowali różne formy działań mobingowych, które były wobec nich stosowane. Najczęściej respondenci wskazywali na rozpowszechnianie plotek i pomówień.

The article deals with the important and dangerous phenomenon of mobbing by nursing management staff against their subordinates. The article discusses the definition of mobbing and activities falling within its scope. Literature indicates that the reasons for mobbing usually lie with both the perpetrator and the victim. The effects of mobbing do not only affect victims but also have a negative impact on the organisation. The results of own research were also presented, in which 140 nurses and nurses took part. The survey concerned respondents' opinions on bullying activities used by nursing management staff. Respondents declared various forms of mobbing activities that were applied to them. Most frequently, the respondents indicated that rumours and slanders were spreading.
