Zaangażowanie jest w opisywanej firmie traktowane jako cel priorytetowy i dlatego nadano mu wysoką rangę w strategii biznesowej firmy oraz podporządkowano mu strategię personalną. W artykule przestawiono także zaangażowanie pracowników w kontekście jego wartości dla organizacji.

The article describes a case study of MAN Bus Ltd. It is focused on ways to shape employee engagement. Engagement is a priority objective in this company, which is why it is so highly ranked in the company’s business strategy, where HR strategy is subordinated to it. The paper also presents employee engagement in the context of its value to the organization.
