Reveals institutional principles and system conflicts of water use fiscal control in Ukraine. The dynamics of the revenues of payments for special water use in Ukraine summary budget in Volyn region and nominal and real fiscal efficiency are analyzed. Substantiates promising ways of the improvement of the fiscal control water use system both on national and regional levels.
