In her article, the author discussed the sector structure of gross value added, employment and investment outlays in Poland as compared with other countries of the European Union. She also presented the ‘internal’ structure of the service sector by PCA (NACE) section. In conclusion, she presented the basic determinants of the present situation in the domestic sector of services and the distance between Poland and highly developed countries in this respect.

В статье обсуждена секторная структура добавленной стоимости брутто, занятости и капвложений в Польше по сравнению с другими странами Европейского Союза. Представлена также «внутренняя» структура сектора услуг по секциям ПКД. В заключение представлены основные обусловленности нынешней ситуации в отечественном секторе услуг и дистанции, разделяющей в этом отношении Польшу и высокоразвитые страны.
