In today's world organizations operate in turbulent and rapidly changing environment. As the conduct of processes of globalization increasingly important action in crisis situations. Cooperation with media organizations is a key success factor in the crisis management process. Today a major role played by new media. Media in the Information Age allow for separation of a mass audience of consumers which is only a passive audience. New media promote interactivity in their reception. This article aims to analyze the role of new media, with particular emphasis on social media in the process of crisis management on the example of the organization's Wedel Sp. z o.o.
