The article presents the consequences of implementation of the flexicurity model. Moreover, the article describes the essence of this model and examines the level of awareness of the flexicurity concept. The research method chosen for this study was the document analysis. Survey results are presented together with their interpretation. The benefits of applying the flexicurity model can be identified based on the answers from the respondents. Both employers and employees are not afraid of using flexible forms of employment, but they are just concerned about implementing such changes in their companies.
