W ciągu ostatnich dekad gwałtowny rozwój technologiczny i społeczny dał początek nowym paradygmatom rozwoju. W ostatniej dekadzie stwierdzenia takie jak zrównoważony rozwój, kapitał intelektualny czy innowacje stają się immanentnymi pojęciami i dotyczą najważniejszych kierunków rozwoju gospodarek i przedsiębiorstw. W tym kontekście kluczową rolę odgrywa kapitał intelektualny organizacji. Jego odpowiednie wykorzystanie może przyczynić się do osiągnięcia zrównoważonego rozwoju i budowy bardziej odpowiedzialnego i przyjaznego środowiska Społeczeństwa 5.0 (Society 5.0). Środowiska, które zakłada harmonijną współpracę między technologią a ludzkim potencjałem, zrównoważone wykorzystanie zasobów oraz rozwój społeczny i ekonomiczny. Niniejszy artykuł naukowy zagłębia się we wzajemne powiązania między kapitałem intelektualnym, zrównoważonym rozwojem i Społeczeństwa 5.0, podkreślając znaczenie synergicznego podejścia dla organizacji dążących do rozwoju w przyszłości. Zastosowaną metodą badawczą, która pozwoliła na osiągnięcie celu jest krytyczna analiza literatury, analiza badań pierwotnych i wtórnych.

Over the past decades, rapid technological and social developments have given rise to new development paradigms. In the last decade, statements such as sustainability, intellectual capital or innovation have become immanent concepts and concern the most important developments of economies and companies. In this context, the intellectual capital of organisations plays a key role. Its appropriate use can contribute to achieving sustainable development and building a more responsible and friendly environment of Society 5.0 (Society 5.0). An environment that implies harmonious cooperation between technology and human potential, sustainable use of resources and social and economic development. This research paper delves into the interrelationship between intellectual capital, sustainability and business 5.0, highlighting the importance of a synergistic approach for organisations seeking to grow into the future. The research method used to achieve the objective is a critical analysis of the literature, an analysis of primary and secondary research and a review of good practice.
