The article analyzes the statistical information of the main economic indicators of the “Asian tigers” countries for the period from 2012 to 2017. The analysis of the rating of the world’s largest companies was also provided. The analysis provided an opportunity to identify the most successful companies, which are affiliated in the “Asian tigers” countries. Based on this, the main success factors of these countries were identified. The analysis of managerial decisions and actions of the companies that affiliate in “Asian tigers” countries with the purpose of identification the alternative directions of development by means of which companies have succeeded or plan to succeed in the future was made. The authors also identified the main ways of reforming the Ukrainian economy, taking into account the data obtained during the research.
