The text reminds us of the acceptance of phenomenological analysis in hermeneutic interpretation, although phenomenological philosophers resist contextual hermeneutic interpretation as the inclusion of external elements into the analyzed object. Taking into consideration Ricoeur's reflection on the role of 'époche' as an analytic tool necessary to start interpretation and to lead the experience of an artwork to recognize Heidegger's utterance, where meanings reach the speech, location and silence, the author discovers the presence of poetry evoking philosophical reflection in contemporary art. Visual works are utterances where their poetical beauty and philosophical senses belong to the objects. They contain their hermeneutics. It is understood thanks to 'époche'. The 'understanding' return to the visual image allows one to experience its complete aesthetics - beauty and sense. In the context of Gadamer's reflection on the speechless image, the idea of contemporary visual artistic utterance may be called the recovery of speech.
