An interview with Anneli Kurki, an employee of the Finnish Information Centre. Anneli Kurki graduated from the University of Helsinki, specialized in theatrical science, English philosophy, history of science, journalism and also sociology. She was working in the theatre museum in Helsinki, and also at the University of Helsinki in a position of a research worker. Since 1972 she was working as a secretary of the 'Teateri' (Theatre) magazine and continued working there till 1983. Since then she has been a secretary of the Department of International Cooperation of the Finnish Centre ITI. In an interview for the 'Slovak Theatre' magazine she is informing about activities of theatrical creators in Finland, she is approaching the system tools of state cultural policy that have lead to achieving excellent quantitative and qualitative results in supporting the domestic theatrical art.
