The aim of this paper is the analysis of the possibilities given to the enterprises by the capital agreement. The role of the banking sector in the economic development is described. The predominant role of internal rating in the adjusting external financing costs to the level of risk is stressed. Application оГ the risk lowering techniques should aJlow increasing availability of credits and economic development.

Celem niniejszego opracowania jest prezentacja możliwości przedsiębiorstw w zakresie pozyskiwania kredytu, jakie wynikają z postanowień przyjętych w umowie kapitałowej, oraz ocena ich wpływu na dostępność kredytu i warunki kredytowania firm z perspektywy niemieckiego sektora bankowego.
