The Issue Process of Eurobonds in Financing Municipalities

As the administrative reform was conducted in 1990 Polish public sector was decentralized and municipalities have gained more independence in pursuing financial policies. Nowadays city councils search for non-governmental financial funds. One o f the solutions could be an issuance o f municipal eurobonds on the International Financial Market, which possesses broad investor base and hence shows great liquidity. The issue process of eurobonds is quite simple to follow because new issuers can model on well-established pattern already worked out by previous borrowers.
