The article is an attempt to answer the following two questions. Firstly, in what way does the bourgeois political economy reflect a crisis of the state-monopolistic regulation? Seoondly, what are the theotetical trends of adjustments of the system to requirements posed by profitabl use of capital and of consolidating the system? In the further part of the article, the authoress points at causes of a crisis of the state~monopolistic regulation, and at the fact that the process of changes in the concepts o f bourgeois economists is linked with changes occurrlng in the socio-economic practice of capitalism.
