Ład zintegrowany może być rozumiany jako pozytywny stan docelowy zmian rozwojowych, łączący łady składowe: społeczny, ekonomiczny i środowiskowy. W artykule podjęto próbę stworzenia syntetycznego miernika ładu zintegrowanego. Badanie zmian tego miernika ma pokazać, czy zaobserwowane w poszczególnych województwach wartości zmierzają do pewnego wspólnego stanu równowagi, czy jest wręcz przeciwnie. W artykule zbadano również, czy nierówności w poziomie wskaźników monitorujących ład instytucjonalno-polityczny, charakteryzujących obszar dobrego rządzenia w polskich województwach, mają tendencję do narastania. Do weryfikacji tej hipotezy użyto technik pomiaru zjawiska konwergencji.

Integrated order can be understood as a positive target of developmental changes, combining three component orders: social, economic and environmental. The paper attempts to create a synthetic measurement of integrated order. Analysis of the fluctuations of the measurement should indicate whether the values observed in voivodeships tend towards a certain steady state. The author also enquires whether the inequalities among the particular indices for institutional order associated with good governance show an upward trend. The hypothesis is verified using convergence measurement techniques.
