The publication is of conceptual character. The identification of national organizational culture was presented as well as the approaches to culture research in international context. The presentation of practical applications concerning economy and innovations was also included. The research is based on the grant results “Competency and Organizational Culture of innovative companies in international perspective” financed by National Center of Science number NN115419840.
