EN
Euthanasia is a crime punishable by deprivation of liberty at risk. This killing a human being at his request under the influence compassion. Euthanasia is a crime of nature, may allow it to everyone, but it is most often the doctor. The law of the terminally ill patient is the right to a dignified death without pain in the best conditions. The patient did not can bring death that joke murder and crime, patient can only refuse treatment. This ensures the development of palliative medicine, which heals the pain of potent painkillers on the border of shortening life, meets the basic task to dying.
