The constantly evolving job market in Poland demands professional development from employees, which is increasingly associated with modern foreign languages or even technical language learning. This creates not only a great demand for new employees, but also a demand for well-qualified teachers who can train the company’s employees in foreign and technical languages. Therefore, not only the employers, but also the universities, face a major challenge. The aim of this article is to examine the extent to which Polish universities prepare students to teach languages for specific purposes.
