The purpose of the presented self-conducted research was to learn the opinions of practising teachers (practitioners) on the subject of practical students’ training for the work with a student with intellectual disabilities. Comprehensive statements of the teachers cooperating with the University of Pedagogy as the practising teachers (teachers of the school of exercise) were presented in the article. The teachers’ observations and their suggestions for changes optimizing the practical students’ training were emphasized.
