Abstracts
Development of local enterprise is connected with economic situation as well as moral condition of the society. Enterprise is now developing in situation of anomy when quite a big part of the society negatively estimates or is indifferent to moral norms and duties. During next years the character of the local enterprise will be influenced by state institutions much more than in postindustrial countries. The motive of power will play an important role in enterprise activity. In these circumstances there is probability of conflict between expectations of the youth starting management activity and norms and stereotypes that are common in environment of businessmen. Therefore it is necessary to establish an ideology of local enterprise, that would be based on moral and ethical rules of respecting independence of personality.
