In the article for the first time a drawing with the image of Suprasls church of the second half of the 17th century is entered into scientific circulation. According to the new iconography, the previously unknown completion of the temple with pear-shaped domes with lanterns opens. The author proposes hypothesis about possible interconnection of stylistics of Suprasl defensive church with theoretical and practical heritage of architect of Early Renaissance Antonio Filarate, the builder of Sforziana fortress in Milan.
