Article based on preserved first list of brotherhood’s members from 1584 year discusses social-occupational structure of Vilnius orthodox confraternity. Article represents also brotherhood’s number state in period from brotherhood’s beginning until the end of 17th. century. Shows reasons which contributed and influenced on number state of members of orthodox Holy Spirit brotherhood in Vilnius.
