Gross National Happiness in Bhutan – the new Shangri-La? Public policy: design and implementation The article presents Gross National Happiness in Bhutan (in short GNH), with political and sociological point of view, and also from the perspective of economics and culture. Analysis of GNH is a starting point to answer the question: Is it possible to design public policies so as to create the happy inhabitant and a happy country?
