Education policy in the context of competences requirement illustrated with example of BPO/SSC and ITO/IT lines of business Considering the global context, this article should be treated as a basis to necessary academic debate about the decisive role of education policy in competences development. This article presents the definitions of competences which are the most wanted by the outsourcing industry.
