The objective of this paper is to analyze the drawings that got in the process of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, how much do drawings of sexual abuse episodes received in the process of the therapy express children’s current emotional states. The assessment was to draw what happened to them, without any additional comments from the therapist. The analysis of the drawings includes the expression of their current emotional state and the general content analysis of the drawings using projective methods. The drawings showed that in all the cases the most common emotions developed after a stressful event such as fear, anxiety, horror, sense of helplessness, low self-esteem guilt, and shame are expressed in the drawings.
