Celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza zasobów mieszkaniowych we Wrocławiu i w aglomeracji wrocławskiej. Ponadto artykuł zawiera charakterystyki niektórych elementów zasobów mieszkaniowych we Wrocławiu w porównaniu z Warszawą, Łodzią, Krakowem i Poznaniem. Aby zrealizować te cele, wykorzystano dane z bazy danych TERYT Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego we Wrocławiu oraz dane z Banku Danych Regionalnych. Analiza ta odzwierciedla stan na koniec 2007 r.

The purpose of this study is an analysis of dwelling stocks in Wrocław and in the Wrocław agglomeration. Moreover, the article includes the characteristics of some elements of dwelling stocks in Wrocław in the comparison of Warsaw, Łódź, Cracow and Poznań. To realize these aims, the TERYT data base from the Central Statistical Office in Wrocław and the data of the Regional Data Bank were used. The analysis reflects the State at the end of 2007.
