Acta Academiae Beregsasiensis, Philologica is a peer-reviewed scientific journal founded in 2021 by the Ferenc Rakoczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian University. The aim of the journal is to present and disseminate the results of contemporary research in Ukrainian, Hungarian, and international philology, as well as to provide a platform for current trends and methodological developments in linguistics and literary studies. The journal plays an important role in stimulating scholarly discourse, fostering dialogue between different linguistic, literary, and academic communities, and supporting the integration of young researchers into the scientific sphere. It provides opportunities for the next generation of scholars by regularly publishing articles and reviews authored by university students from both Ukraine and Hungary. Further key objectives include ensuring open access to the latest research results, promoting regional and international scientific cooperation, and emphasising the social relevance and applicability of philological research.

Czasopismo posiada w Bibliotece Nauki status tzw. czasopisma diamentowego, tj. ukazuje się w otwartym dostępie, nie pobiera żadnego rodzaju opłat odautorskich i nie opóźnia dostępu do ukazujących się w nim artykułów.

Журнал має статус так званого діамантового журналу в Науковій бібліотеці, тобто він публікується у відкритому доступі, не стягує жодних авторських гонорарів і не затримує доступ до своїх публікацій.
