The magazine is devoted to management, administrative and legal problems of the broadly understood tourism sector. It is a response to demands made by tourism entrepreneurs regarding the difficulties they encounter in obtaining current and reliable information on legal and administrative solutions, which are of key importance for entities involved in serving tourists and visitors. The journal is published two times per year in an electronic version. The issues of the issue focus on the legal, organizational and administrative aspects of managing sustainable development in tourism. It is worth adding that the sustainable development of tourism is important not only from the point of view of regional and national directions of tourism development, but also within the scope of the EU Agenda for Tourism, which sets five priorities for the development of tourism in EU countries. One of these priorities is the ecological transformation. As a result of bilateral talks during the 2nd European Congress of Sport and Tourism in Zakopane between the Rector of the International Business School from Bulgaria - Georgi Apostolov and the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Sport and Tourism - Andrzej Gut-Mostowy, it was decided that a permanent information column will be created, which will also be dedicated to partners from International Business School in Bulgaria. The scientific journal is published by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism.
