Numerous studies show that the involvement in the work of employees is very low. Gamification is a technique that can increase the commitment and motivation of employees. The aim of the research is to determine factors that employees consider motivating to work and to check what motivational systems are currently used by employers. In addition, it aims at checking whether gamification mechanisms are used by employers and whether employees need them.

Liczne badania pokazują, że zaangażowanie w pracę pracowników jest bardzo niskie. Gamifikacja jest techniką, która to zaangażowanie i motywację może zwiększyć. Celem badań było określenie czynników, które pracownicy uważają za motywujące do pracy oraz sprawdzenie, jakie systemy motywacyjne są obecnie używane przez pracodawców. Dodatkowo sprawdzono czy mechanizmy gamifikacji są używane przez pracodawców i czy oni ich potrzebują.
