This article attempts to characterize the general election for the Chairman of the Polish political party Platforma Obywatelska RP in 2013. In article described new law and compared technological solutions in the online vote. The results of the analysis indicate that these elections are by far the most advanced model of e-voting in Poland, which could become the basis, after pulling critical applications, the introduction of such solutions in the presidential elections, parliamentary or local government. At the same time it seems that the direct election of the head of the party, not only at the national level, a positive impact on its operation, allowing you to avoid many risks, especially political corruption.

In the paper author makes an attempt to characterise a definition of media democracy. Author argues that nowadays the most important factor that determine a political system are media. He also point out to negative and positive aspects of „media democracy”, simultaneously describing the phenomenon of media influence on political discourse. Author considers „media logic”, broadly and profoundly defined in the paper, as the crucial determinant of mass media and political actors’ behavior. Author also emphasises the problem of infotainment, symbiosis of media and politics as well as the phenomenon of media pluralism.

Modern management process may be viewed as one constant series of decision making and creation of conditions for effective decision realization. In the process of organizing it is important to verify the organization effectiveness and implement corrections in order to maintain or increase this effectiveness. For the purpose of situation diagnosis and improvement of organization's results, the three-efficiency-levels approach is used (organization level, process level, workstation level). Degree of decision effectiveness (efficiency) will depend on rationality of the problem solving process. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the primary and supporting goals as well as strategies for their realization and to take care of the quality of organization's internal activities, which includes full readiness for cooperation and flexibility towards changes.
