Pokarm (a w nim smak, kolor, zapach, tekstura, dźwięk i temperatura) traktuję jako medium moich działań artystycznych. Medium wypełnione znaczeniami, emocjami i często teatralnością dzięki protokołom jedzenia, dyskursom gastronomicznym, kulinarnym szyfrom, tradycyjnym i nowatorskim technikom kucharskim. Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie inspiracji towarzyszących powstawianiu kilku projektów site specific, które łączy wrażliwe obchodzenie się z miejscem, multisensoryczność doświadczenia i chęć wypowiedzenia niewypowiedzialnego.

I treat food (its taste, color, smell, texture, sound and temperature) as a medium of my artistic activities. The medium filled with meanings, emotions, and histrionics due to the protocols of food, gastronomic discourse, culinary codes, and traditional and innovative cooking technologies. The aim of the article is to present an inspiration accompanying the creation of several site specific projects that share sensitive attitude toward a place, multisensory experience and willingness to say unsayable.
