The aim of the research was to try to answer the question about the literary picture of communication disorders in the school environment. The analysis shows that in contemporary novels for young people it is not difficult to find the examples of teachers violating the basic rules of conversation both in the process of education and in the communication with students that takes places after classes. In terms of pragmatics, it is: lack of professional skills and respect for work, especially lack of care concerning the quality of knowledge passed to students, schematic teaching, and within ethics – lack of moral standards, especially linguistic aggression of teachers towards the youth.

В статье описана антропоцентрическая характеристика фразеологизмов, содержащих в своем составе видовые названия птиц. На основании представленного материала видно, что отношения между птицами и людьми, закрепленные в польской фразеологии, являются важными. Структурно разнообразные связи с «птичьим» компонентом образно характеризуют человека. Сосредоточенный в них опыт и наблюдения означают как положительные, так и отрицательные ценности, которые касаются не только внешнего вида, но также интеллекта, человеческого опыта и общих правил человеческого существования.

This article describes anthropocentrically marked idioms with species names of birds in their structure. The material presented here shows the importance of the relationships between birds and humans as fixed in Polish phraseology. Structurally varied combinations of words containing a bird component serve as metaphorical characterizations of humans. Experiences and observations contained in them connote both positive and negative values. Those values concern not only the appearance of people, but also the intellect, human experience, and the general principles of human life.

Artykuł opisuje antropocentryczne nacechowanie frazeologizmów, które zawierają w swej strukturze nazwy ptaków. Przedstawiony materiał pokazuje, że utrwalone w polskiej frazeologii relacje między ptakami i ludźmi są ważne. Zróżnicowane strukturalnie połączenia z ptasim komponentem w sposób metaforyczny charakteryzują człowieka. Doświadczenia i spostrzeżenia w nich skupione konotują zarówno pozytywne, jak i negatywne wartości, które dotyczą nie tylko wyglądu zewnętrznego, ale także intelektu, doświadczenia człowieka oraz ogólnych prawideł ludzkiej egzystencji.

The article presents the question of a crime of fraud. This prohibited act has been analysed from the legal and linguistics point of view. Linguistics researches refers to examples taken from the Internet from 2018 to 2021. Those examples incorporates characteristic phrases used by an internauts to name a perpetrators, criminal activity, special forms of crimes and victims of frauds. Lexical, semantical, grammatical and graphical means of euphemisation allows to enrich a communication by values such as emotionality or expressiveness. Legal analysis concentrates on a terms of criminal liability and character of a punishment, established in a criminal Code.

W artykule przedstawione zostało zagadnienie przestępstwa oszustwa. Wskazany czyn zabroniony przeanalizowano z punktu widzenia językoznawstwa oraz prawa. Badania językoznawcze odwołują się do przykładów zaczerpniętych z internetu z lat 2018–2021. Obejmują one wykorzystywane przez internautów nazwy sprawców, działalności przestępczej, charakterystycznych typów oszustw oraz osób nimi pokrzywdzonych. Leksykalne, semantyczne, gramatyczne bądź graficzne środki eufemizacji nadają komunikacji walor emocjonalności lub ekspresyjności. Analiza prawna wymienionego czynu zabronionego określa warunki, jakie spełnić musi dane zachowanie, aby stanowiło przedmiot odpowiedzialności karnej, oraz jakie konsekwencje grożą jego sprawcy.
