A murder can be commited in different places, time and circumstances. This determine the aspect of the offence as to the deed and also define the characteristic of perpetrator's behaviour. It includes action, result, causal nexus and circumstances of the offence. It's also related to the fact, that a mu to commit a crime. He is doing inspection place, penetrating wooded areas and then luring there the victim to take his life.

This article describes main presumptions about the motive, its mechanics and classification. It also presents the way the motive influences on commiting a crime. How difficult it is unequivocally to define what the main reason of commiting such a horrible crime was. Moreover, there are characterizations of people who commited crimes and are serving a sentence at the moment. Having taken them as an example I tried to show how it works that a man who is actuated by emotions and not only them can take somebody’s life.
