Article concentrates on the problem of business strategy during crises, which is con- nected with redefinition of current business strategy. In the next part, article presents main business strategies for crises i.e.: development strategy, stabilization strategy, restructuring strategy and liquidation strategy. The main purpose of this article was showing relationship between strategy of corporation and knowledge management strategy. Concepts of combination between strategies of corporation and knowledge management strategies (internal knowledge creation strategy, knowledge creation through cooperation strategy, dissemination strategy, absorption strategy, personalization strategy, and codification strategy) were presented. Authors conducted theoretical investigations based literature.
