Together with development of the globalisation processes, there has been spreading the phenomenon of outsourcing/offshoring, i.e. singling out definite areas of service activities from the basic activities carried out by international corporations and providing them for implementation to external businesses, often outside their mother country. The essential purpose of the mentioned activities is reduction of costs and increase of effectiveness as well as raising innovativeness and competitiveness of those corporations. In his article, the author presents the genesis, conditions and directions of outsourcing/offshoring development in Poland against the background of world economy, and he points out that this form of manifestation of business services exerts an important influence on dynamics of development and structural changes in the service sector.

Вместе с развитием процессов глобализации распространяется явление аутсорсинга/офшоринга, т.е. выделения определенных областей деятельности в сфере услуг из основных видов деятельности международных корпораций и передачи их для выполнения внешним фирмам, часто за пределами родины. Основная цель упомянутых действий — снижение издержек и повышение эффективности, а также повышение инновационности и конкурентоспособности этих корпораций. В статье освещаются генезис обусловленности и направления развития аутсорсинга/офшоринга в Польше на фоне мировой экономики, а также указывается, что эта форма проявления бизнес-услуг оказывает существенное влияние на динамику развития и структурные изменения в секторе услуг.
