In this text I analyze Fred Moseley’s newest book Money and Totality, which tackles the infamous transformation problem. Moseley not only tries to show that Marx’s theory is quantitatively valid and that the transformation problem is in fact a pseudo-problem, but also situates it in a broader (macro-monetary) context of Marx’s whole theoretical endeavor.

Moim celem jest omówienie i ocena pracy Freda Moseleya Money and Totality, która mierzy się z nękającym od ponad stu lat Marksowską teorię problemem przekształcenia wartości w ceny produkcji. Moseley nie tylko stara się zrehabilitować ilościowy aspekt teorii autora Kapitału, pokazując, że problemu transformacji nie ma, ale także usytuować go w szerszym (makromonetarnym) kontekście projektu Marksa.
