Autorka przedstawia rozważania na temat logopedii jako nauki, eksponując jej interdyscyplinarność. Podejmowany w tekście problem przedstawia w kontekście dwu procesów obserwowanych w nauce, a mianowicie dzielenia i jednoczenia wiedzy. Na tym tle analizuje przedmiot i zadania logopedii, biorąc pod uwagę lingwistykę, medycynę, pedagogikę i psychologię. Przedstawia także wstępne wyniki badań ankietowych, które dotyczyły rozumienia przez logopedów interdyscyplinarności logopedii, specyfiki metod diagnozy i terapii, jakie – w opinii respondentów – są charakterystyczne dla logopedii. Wskazuje również najważniejsze zadania logopedii, które wiążą się z uporządkowaniem metodologii i metodyki postępowania, a także kształcenia.

The author presents considerations on logopaedics as a science, exposing the interdisciplinary character of this discipline. The problem discussed in the paper is depicted in the context of two processes observed in science, namely dividing and combining knowledge. Against this background the author analyzes the subject and tasks of logopaedics, taking into account linguistics, pedagogy and psychology. She also presents preliminary results of survey research concerning the understanding by speech therapists of the interdisciplinarity of logopaedics, the specific nature of diagnosis and therapy methods which, in the opinion of respondents, are specific to logopaedics. She also points to the major tasks of logopaedics which are connected with ordering the methodology of proceeding and the education process.

The article presents a design of a speech therapy educational model for the diagnosis and therapy of speech disorders in children with cleft lip and/or cleft palate. The issue of time of the implementation of this therapy model has been considered, taking into account the entire cycle of speech therapy education as well as the crucial skills with which the student should start the proposed lectures and classes. Besides, a list of issues to be implemented has been presented. The model can be used to develop detailed speech therapy education strategies during full-time and postgraduate studies, as well as various forms of professional development.

W artykule przedstawiono projekt modelu kształcenia logopedycznego w zakresie diagnozy i terapii zaburzeń mowy u dzieci z rozszczepem wargi i/lub podniebienia. Podjęto rozważania dotyczące czasu realizacji omawianego modułu zajęć, biorąc pod uwagę cały cykl kształcenia logopedycznego, niezbędnych umiejętności, z jakimi student powinien przystąpić do proponowanych wykładów i ćwiczeń, a także przedstawiono listę zagadnień do realizacji. Projekt może być wykorzystany do opracowania szczegółowych strategii kształcenia logopedycznego podczas studiów stacjonarnych i podyplomowych, jak również różnych form doskonalenia zawodowego.

The author juxtaposes two models of diagnosis of phoneme realisation disorders that are present in Polish speech therapy. She indicates several categories of analysis that make it possible to find the differences between two different methods of diagnostic procedures. The presented considerations take into account the functioning of two main concepts of dyslalia: the traditional approach and the new one. It should be noted, however, that recent findings point to the existence of yet another method of diagnosis or speech therapy, namely the traditional “powdered” model, in which the elements taken from the new concept of dyslalia are introduced into the traditional scheme.

W artykule autorka porównuje dwa modele diagnozy zaburzeń realizacji fonemów, jakie są obecne w polskiej logopedii. Wskazuje kilka kategorii analizy, które umożliwiają odnalezienie różnic pomiędzy dwoma odmiennymi sposobami postępowania diagnostycznego. Przedstawione rozważania uwzględniają dwie główne koncepcje dyslalii – tradycyjną i nową. Należy przy tym zauważyć, że ostatnie doniesienia wskazują na występowanie jeszcze innego sposobu prowadzenia diagnozy czy terapii logopedycznej, a mianowicie modelu tradycyjnego „pudrowanego”, w którym wprowadza się do schematu tradycyjnego wyjęte z nowej koncepcji dyslalii wątki.

She offers the linguistic analysis, as well as, the analysis from the point of view of speech therapy of the synthetic method of sound learning providing, at same time, the example of therapy where professionals dealt with case of dental affricative sound. The following study refers to the issue of education in the field of phoneme implementation disorders, which is one of the important elements of the program of speech therapy – postgraduate studies. The author refers to the contemporary knowledge about speech impediments, emphasizing the differences between the traditional and the new approach to this disorder. One also indicates new tasks that should be included in educational programs due to the presence of various information in the Internet – often inconsistent with the modern knowledge embracing the management of dyslalia, as well as other problems related to, for example, different understanding of the interdisciplinary nature of speech therapy. Additionally the author analyses selected problems connected with the preparation of the educational program in the field of phoneme implementation disorders from the perspective of the expected features of the future speech therapist. The presented work is a voice in the discussion on the education of speech therapists in the field of dyslalia.

Artykuł dotyczy problematyki kształcenia w zakresie zaburzeń realizacji fonemów – jednego z ważniejszych elementów programu studiów logopedycznych: podyplomowych i stacjonarnych. Autorka odnosi się do współczesnej wiedzy na temat wad wymowy, podkreślając różnice pomiędzy tradycyjnym a nowym ujęciem tego zaburzenia. Wskazuje nowe zadania, jakie powinny zostać uwzględnione w programach kształcenia w związku z obecnością w przestrzeni internetowej różnorodnych informacji, często niezgodnych ze współczesną wiedzą na temat postępowania w dyslalii, a także z innymi problemami, np. z różnym rozumieniem interdyscyplinarności logopedii. Analizuje wybrane zagadnienia związane z przygotowaniem programu kształcenia w zakresie zaburzeń realizacji fonemów z perspektywy pożądanych cech przyszłego logopedy. Przedstawiona praca jest głosem w dyskusji na temat kształcenia logopedów w zakresie dyslalii.

The author presents the basic issues concerning various forms of impediments in the production of dental phonemes, which are called lateral lisp in speech therapy. The author makes assumptions related to the fundamental aspects of the management of dyslalia, based on the latest results of research on disorders of phoneme realization of anatomical and / or functional ethology. One also refers to the name “lateral lisp”, and explains the mechanism of this type of disorder, at the same time taking into account the analyses of other authors.

Przyjmuje założenia związane z fundamentalnymi aspektami postępowania w przypadku dyslalii, opierając się na najnowszych wynikach badań zaburzeń realizacji fonemów o etiologii anatomicznej i/lub czynnościowej. Odnosi się do nazwy „seplenienie boczne”, a także objaśnia mechanizm tego typu zaburzeń, jednocześnie uwzględniając analizy innych autorów.

The author presents some reflections on the issue of training carried out among speech therapists in Poland taking into account one of the disorders, namely peripheral dyslalia. In the following sections of the paper, the writer depicts a catalogue of problems which, according to the author, should be found in the training scheme. At the same time, the author deals with the specifics of the method of formalising the disorders in the area of phoneme realization in speech therapy composed with phoniatrics. She indicates the original character of the area of study and of the practical activity in speech therapy.

Jednocześnie podejmuje rozważania ukazujące specyfikę ujęcia zaburzeń realizacji fonemów w logopedii w porównaniu z foniatrią. The author presents an analysis of changes in the approaches that have occurred in Polish speech therapy towards patients with phoneme realization disorders. One presents the context in which Polish speech therapy is developing, which is related to the opportunities (and also the threats) that are associated with the uncontrolled market of various trainings, webinars, the space for exchanging opinions of numerous specialists formulating their views on the Internet and in other sites (e.g. Facebook , websites providing advice on speech disorders, including speech impediments). In the next part of the study the author presents three perspectives of phoneme realization disorders, namely: the traditional perspective, the new perspective and - which is a complementary view of the analysis - the traditional powdered perspective. The work ends with conclusions and postulates regarding the development of speech therapy in its academic and educational dimension.

Autorka przedstawia analizę zmian postępowania w przypadku osób z zaburzeniami realizacji fonemów, które zaszły/zachodzą w polskiej logopedii. Przedstawia kontekst, w jakim rozwija się polska logopedia, co ma związek z możliwościami (a także z zagrożeniami), łączącymi się z niekontrolowanym rynkiem różnorodnych szkoleń, webinariów, przestrzenią wymiany opinii rozmaitych specjalistów, formułujących swoje opinie w internecie i nie tylko (np. facebook, strony internetowe udzielające porad na temat zaburzeń mowy, w tym wad wymowy). W kolejnej części opracowania autorka przedstawia trzy ujęcia zaburzeń realizacji fonemów, a mianowicie: ujęcie tradycyjne, ujęcie nowe i – co jest dopełniającą perspektywą analizy – ujęcie tradycyjne pudrowane. Pracę kończą wnioski i postulaty dotyczące rozwoju logopedii w jej wymiarze naukowym i związanym z kształceniem.
