Most scholars dealing with Ewa Lipska’s poetry claim that a motif of home is amongst the most important ones in her works. The author of the article discusses the existence of this very motif in the late works of the poet. The article also aims to consider the different senses evoked by the Greek term ‘atopy’ in Lipska’s works.

The article "Ad majorem techno gloriam?" by Grzegorz Olszański is an attempt at describing the techno culture more as a social than an aesthetic phenomenon. Techno is treated here not only, as a genre of music or the particular subculture but, what is even more crucial, as a cultural factor that defines the specific lifestyle. Differently from other critics and historians of the field, who were arguing that it is rooted in the tribal culture, the author aims to show the links between the techno culture and the medieval aesthetics and ideology.
