In the paper the design of the probabilistic model of reserves is discussed. The objective is the elaboration of the innovation optimal strategy of the management of reserves of the based materials in a manufacturing company. The author discusses the kind of a probabilistic model of reserves aiming at the elaboration of the best management of primary material in the manufacturing company. The probabilistic model of reserves allows to form the innovation optimal strategy of the (R, Z) type of the primary materials management due to the profits coming from low cost components in working and furniture manufacturing company

This work describes dynamic model and simulation of a manufacturing company that manage operations, and analysis the reasons for changing processes inside the company in accordance with a change in the stream of incoming orders for finished products. Results of computer simulation of the designed model, show some dynamic characteristics within different divisions of the entire manufacturing company throughout duration of the production process. In the model of a production facility, different departments were taken into account. The departments are involved in activities related to flow of information, materials and prefabricated elements, production, products storage, and shipment.

In the work chapter, after discussing issues related to systems thinking, mental models, system dynamics and procedure of modeling, presents the socio-mathematical description of the dynamics of economic organization management system based on system dynamics methodology developed by Jay W. Forrester, as a creative concept used for researching system thinking. The purpose of this description is to illustrate the methodology and characteristics the construction this type of that models. This description is a simply way represent any economic organization (production), which show the organizational units (departments and production department), the flows of orders, the streams of information about materials and prefabricates, final products and their storage and sales. Built model of system dynamics allow management to analyze the causes of fluctuations In the processes of economic organization changes observed at the urgen changes to take new orders for final products. The simulation made on the basic experimentally constructed model revealed certain properties characteristic of the dynamic behavior of economic organization (formation of the characteristic and interesting letter size) at its manufacturing operations in case of adoption of new orders for final products.

To succeed in a global and integrated economy, various organizations especially in business need the efficient management and be able to cooperate with a lot of institutions; alsothey need to fulfill expectation of their partners and customers as well as carefully study theactivities of their competitors. Additional complication and difficulties for the company management result from continuous changes in above conditions and expectations that sometimes areeven contradicted. Requirements for the modern managers are multidimensional and strict. Sothe article emphasizes a typology of managers and their personal attributes. These attributes aswell as a knowledge and skills and an intellectual mastery show whether manager is able tocommunicate with people and properly react all of these traits fundamentally affect companysuccess. If you look for competent and efficient manager long questionnaires with variouspersonal and managerial attributes are not enough; also high ethical level is essential. Onlythese managers reach real success who besides having the knowledge, the skills, the courage,and the experience they are also honest and solid; and respected moral values direct their works.

This article discusses methodological issues of strategy management creation. This work distinguishes the main steps of creation of a strategy in a methodological order. Strategy without these methodological stages is inefficient, and impossible to be implemented as a tool of innovation management.
