This article discusses the realization of the conception of the New Silk Road in the countries of East-Central Europe. Author in the introduction of the article described the idea of The New Silk Road and its six corridors. Then, it was depicted format “16+1” and its meaning for the realization of the Chinese conception in first part of the article. Moreover, it became underlined the meaning economic buildings „the Belt and Road” for the countries of Central-East-Europe. Author in second part represented Poland in the format „16+1” and her relation to the New Silk Road.

В данной статье рассматривается реализация концепции нового Шелкового пути в Центральной и Восточной Европе. Автор в предисловии статьи представляет идею нового Шелкового пути и его шести коридоров. В первой части статьи Автор описывает формат “16 + 1” и его значение для реализации китайских концепций. Кроме того, выделил важность экономического строительства, „the Belt and Road” для стран Центральной и Восточной Европы. В последней части статьи представляется позиция Польши в формате “16 + 1” и ее отношение к новому Шелковому пути. В конце находятся выводы.

Во второй декаде XVIII в. в европейских дипломатических кругах возник амбициозный проект по заключению династического альянса между российским и испанским правящими домами. В публикуемом исследовании на основании архивных источников реконструируются этапы и детали этого транснационального проекта. Автор уточняет цели инициаторов и роль посредников, один из которых прибыл с тайным поручением ко двору Петра Первого из Варшавы.

In the second decade of the XVIII century in European diplomatic circles an ambitious project of a dynastic alliance between the Russian and Spanish ruling houses came into existence. The study based on archival sources, reconstructs the stages and details of this transnational project. The author clarifies the purpose of the initiators and the role of intermediaries, one of whom came with a secret mission to the court of Peter the Great from Warsaw.
