Artykuł porusza problematykę szeroko pojętej informacji katastralnej, niezbędnej do efektywnego zarządzania i gospodarowania nieruchomościami. Wskazuje na źródła danych tworzących informację katastralną oraz na podstawowe cechy jakie powinna spełniać. W dalszej części podkreśla potrzebę rejestracji zasięgu praw do nieruchomości zwracając uwagę na historyczny aspekt katastru. Ewolucja katastru zawsze związana była z dostosowaniem do aktualnych potrzeb gospodarczych i społecznych, natomiast sposób realizacji uzależniony był od dostępnych technologii. Przyszłe zamierzenia dotyczące problematyki rozwoju systemów katastralnych zostały przedstawione na podstawie założeń Katastru 2014. Zwrócono również uwagę na realizację prac projektowych nad nowymi przepisami dotyczącymi odrębnej własności obiektów budowlanych, jak również na prace nad budową zintegrowanego systemu informacji o nieruchomościach. Na zakończenie wskazano potrzebę przyjęcia rozwiązań pozwalających na definiowanie obiektów 3D oraz rejestrację zasięgu praw do nieruchomości w przestrzeni.

The article discusses the broader issues of cadastral information, necessary for effective management and property management. Indicates the data source and creating cadastral information on the essential characteristics which should be satisfied. In the next part emphasizes the need for registration of rights to property coverage drawing attention to the historical aspect of the cadastre. The evolution of the cadastre has always been associated with adaptation to the current economic and social needs, while the method of implementation was dependent on available technology. Future development plans relating to the issues of cadastral systems are presented based on assumptions of Cadastre 2014. It was also noted for project work on the new rules on separate ownership of buildings, as well as work on building an integrated system of information on real estate. In conclusion, indicated the need for solutions that allow you to define 3D objects and registration of property rights within the space.
