Wpływ zmian legislacyjnych na proces sprzedaży ubezpieczeń na życie z funduszami kapitałowymi

W artykule autor podjął próbę zweryfikowania wpływu zmian wynikających z wdrożenia nowej ustawy o działalności ubezpieczeniowej i reasekuracyjnej na proces sprzedaży ubezpieczeń na życie z ubezpieczeniowymi funduszami kapitałowymi. Przeprowadzono analizę wytycznych do ankiety poprzedzającej proces zawarcia umowy ubezpieczenia oraz przeanalizowano rzeczywiste ankiety przeprowadzone już na polskim rynku. Kluczowe wymagania, jakie musi spełnić klient, zestawiono z profilem inwestycyjno-oszczędnościowym Polaków. Na tej podstawie autor wyciągnął wnioski dotyczące potencjalnego wpływu wdrożenia ankiety na proces sprzedaży. Na podstawie badania i analizy stwierdzono, że nowy proces sprzedaży będzie lepszy dla klienta, ponieważ pozwoli lepiej dostosować produkt do jego potrzeb, ale jednocześnie w przyszłości może przynieść niższe wyniki sprzedaży ubezpieczeń typu unit-linked.

In this paper the author attempts to verify the potential impact of new insurance and reinsurance activities Act on sales process of the life insurance with the unit-linked insurance funds. He conducted the analysis of the basic guidelines concerning presales questionnaire and also analyzed questionnaires already (2018) present on the Polish market. Key requirements facing customers were compared with Poles investment-savings profile and on that base the author drew conclusions on the potential impact of the questionnaire on sales process. Based on research and analysis the author states that new sales process will be better for the customer, because it allows to adjust the product better to the customer needs but at the same time it can bring lower sales results.
