The aim of this theoretical study is to clear the concept of tacit knowledge. In the first part of the text, the authors show where the confusion comes from. If we take knowledge as a mental representation we will not, in fact, be able to inquire it. In the second part, an alternative, which has been alive for more than a hundred years, is detected in works on knowledge and knowing by scholars such as Dewey and Piaget. Then, in the third part, the authors depict the hesitation of specialists that could not abandon the old traditional understanding of knowledge (in the study connected with the “paradigm of separated objects”) and their need to across it. Thus they stay between the old and the new paradigm (the new one is in the text referred to as the “paradigm of a unified field”) and therefore, their theories are very often confusing and unusable in praxis. For better understanding of the two – traditional and alternative – paradigms, the authors offer a short introduction to both in the fourth and fifth parts. The study ends by the conclusion that if we are able to understand knowledge not as a representation, but as a dynamic structure of a unified field, we will be able to grasp tacit knowledge as atacit dimension of the structure and thus we will be able to study it more properly.

The article concerns the rationality of acting in Max Weber’s theory of action. The taken attempt of reconstruction of the relation between action and the rationality refers to general types of action and of types of public action. The following regularities of Weber of the presentation are becoming apparent: first, special significance of action of the intentional-rational type, so which is based on the calculation of means because of the purpose. Such action contains structures of the meaning analogous to mathematical-logical what understanding real action enables. Action of the intentional-rational type constitutes the construct on which types of public action are relying. Weber is increasing meaning of intentional-rational elements in these types of action (is rationalizing them) and the number and the significance of trademarks proving about public directing action. This way contemplated clean types of public action constitute the foundation for the rationality of the social orders. Until the end however thinking of the structure covered with drawings here is showing that the system rationality is reducing public informing acting, getting it for rational action because of the purpose.

A total of 60 organs were built in Slovakia after 2000, including 10 positives, 13 smaller one-manual instruments, 30 two-manual instruments, 6 three-manual instruments and one four-manual instrument. In addition to Slovak and Czech organ-builders, other foreign companies became contractors for these installations, and brought a new level of quality, as they followed the most modern trends in organ-building to a much greater extent. Some Slovak companies have also moved in this direction. However, anachronistic approaches can also be noted, especially among the older generation of Slovak organ builders. The tonal concept of many new instruments is aimed at creating versatility. In recent years, however, there has been an emerging trend to create stylistically distinct dispositions.
