Financial intermediation and financial advisory is undoubtedly influenced by many legislative determinants. The article reflects one of these, represented by a set of rules governing the obligations in relation to clients when performing financial intermediation and financial advisory. The valid legislation allows carrying out financial intermediation and financial advisory in the sectors of insurance or reinsurance, capital market, receiving of deposits, granting credits or consumer credits, supplementary pension saving system and old- age pension saving system. The article focuses on the sector of capital market, where a financial agent and a financial advisor is authorized to perform only in a restricted range of activities. We focus on selected provisions that we believe are essential for financial intermediation and financial in this sector.

The article aims to show marketing research results regarding Wroclaw's dance schools' clients and to give some proposals how the institutions should act in the future. There is given a range of information about clients - such as sex, age, education, professional status, earnings, dance activities participation duration, motivations and preferences concerning dance classes. There is created a hypothetical statistical client profile and on this basis there are given conclusions, useful for the dance schools, so that the offers and advertising would include more customer-desired features. These are, among others, dance classes for men, senior activities offer, single activities offer, witty slogans, group belonging expression by dancing, loyalty programmes, relaxation and fun providing.

In conditions of severe changes of environmental business-area regarding geopolitical events of 2014–2016 years influence, in particular Ukraine and Russia relationships politic and economic crisis, one of the most powerful and important Ukrainian economic branch, machine-building, has met with essential and rapid decrease of productive results. Due to the situation conditions article authors advised to study reengineering basic items in details and research the possibility of its application for Ukrainian machine-building branch competitiveness recreation. The main arguments for the application were stated as the following: essentiality of results to reach, fundamentally of changes to implement, radically measure of events to carry out, and also reengineering instruments to suit the severe environmental changes. Article authors analyzed the reasons of machine-building crisis condition and found the most critical processes and events. Thus it was made a conclusion about reengineering events practicability for improving the following basis: final client importance feeling, production segmentation and description, production connections rapidity, information movement ability, nomenclature and standards base flexibility, foundation of perceived corporative culture of production values, effective motivation work with the stuff.

The present article aims to answer the research question: How did the nuns perceive death, the dying and the deceased? The author presents partial results of her qualitative research realized among the nuns employed in one of the nursing homes as nurses. The article presents the perception of the dying persons from part of the nuns, as well as their professional approach to these persons. Further, the author presents the perception of the dead persons from part of the nuns, and records their specific ways of dealing with the bodies of the deceased. As for the results of the research, it can be stated that the nuns perceive dead as a mysterious event that constitutes part of their and our lives and represents a return to God; however, in spite of these mostly positive connotations dead is for them a disquieting event.

Goal of this article was to identify which characteristics and work style a tutor (teacher, therapist and trainer) exhibits and how this influences outcomes of his/her work with clients (students, trainees). The authors focused on the experience and training of tutors, gender, style of work, the relationship between tutor and client, characteristics of tutor and nonverbal communication between tutor and client. This article also describes how tutor's behaviour influences client.
