Utrzymanie przewagi rynkowej w dłuższej perspektywie wymaga podejmowania działań ukierunkowanych na modyfikowanie strategii organizacji w ślad za zmieniającymi się oczekiwaniami sytuacji rynkowej. W artykule omówiono cechy turbulentnego otoczenia oraz istotę budowania strategii i podejścia do konkurowania. Keeping ahead of the market in the long run requires taking actions to modify the strategy in the wake of the changing expectations of the market situation. The article discusses the features of the turbulent environment and the essence of strategy and approach to compete. Against this background are the requirements for an information system supplying decision-makers with information on expected their characteristics.(original abstract)
