This chapter briefly outlines the definition and impact of organizational pathologies. The Author examines the causes and phenomena of pathologies and focuses on institutional-stakeholder perspective. During crisis the level of unethical activity like corruption, mobbing, bribery significant increases. Often, managers facing a situation with no alternatives reiterate organizational pathologies, although they are fully aware of the wrongfulness of their actions.
