The aim of the article is to present standards related to personal data security, the standards applied when developing and applying IT systems and registers that are developed and run by entities offering medical services. The standards must be considered when planning the implementation of cloud computing in health data processing.

The concept of health system information and documentation began to play an important role at the time of the development of medical technologies. For many years medical information was based on the core document of medical activities, which is a medical report. Data included in the medical documentation, was regarded by the medical profession as the source of financial, statistical, legal and scientific knowledge. In the perspective of 2014, the area of medicine recognizes a human being as the three dimensional description of medical report.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę danych medycznych i model średniej długości życia dla chorych na raka. Celem tej publikacji jest zaproponowanie, mało znanego w literaturze, komplementarnego rozkładu Makehama do opisu tego zjawiska.

The article presents a medical data analysis and a model of the life expectancy for cancer patients. The model function is of the initial rising and than monotonic declining distribution. The Makeham's Complementary Distribution characterizes such function intensity. The base characteristic of the life expectancy by the Makeham's Complementary Distribution as well as two examples for big and small samples of using this distribution for describing the clinical data are presented in the article.(original abstract)
