The aim of this article is to present the application of a panel model in determining the impact of spatio-temporal relationships related to the employment of medical workers in public healthcare in specific voivodships. Based on estimated Berzeg's panel model parameters, mean structural changes as well as sectorial and regional interactions were assessed in respect of the employment of medical workers in the studied group of five professions from 1999 to 2011. Received results may be helpful in the management of healthcare facilities.
