Nadwyżka zasobów jest jedną ze strategii wzmacniania odporności. W artykule analizowano wpływ zakłóceń na odchylenia w przepływach materiałowych i niezawodność metalogistycznego systemu.

The network-ness of the supply chain can increase the resistance but also be a potential source of additional disruptions. The surplus resources is one of strategies of improving the resistance. In the article an influence of disruptions on deviations was be-ing analysed. In conducted examinations they fixed their attention on the reliability of the network supply chain.

A proposal o f the modelling o f the relation in production network in conditions o f intemal interferences was a purpose o f the article. In the model drawn up an assumption was madc, that the selection o f the form o f the relation in the area of the subcontracting o f objectives o f the postponed production intluenced intemal interferences.

Problem odporności w koordynacji sieci dystrybucji

W artykule podjęto rozważania nad koordynacją sieci dystrybucji w kontekście zwiększenia odporności na zakłócenia w przepływach wyrobów gotowych. Wskazano, jakie wyzwania stoją przed przedsiębiorstwami flagowymi koordynującymi przepływy materiałowe w sieci dystrybucji. W sieci dystrybucji wyrobów hutniczych rozważono dwa modele przepływu – z centrum serwisowym oraz z centrum logistycznym. W dwóch studiach przypadku zastosowano taką samą procedurę: badania dzienniczkowe realizowane przez 3 miesiące w celu identyfikacji zakłóceń, analizę przyczynowo-skutkową oraz analizę FMEA.

In the article considering above the coordination of the distribution network in the context increasing the resilience in flows of finished products was taken. For that purpose an influence of megatrends on the structure of the supply chain was considered. New challenges for flag enterprises that coordinating material flows in the distribution network were identified. In the distribution network of steel products two models of the flow were considered − with the service centre and with the logistic centre. At two case studies a same procedure was applied: diary panel (identification purpose of disruptions), analysis causally − consecutive and analysis FMEA.
