The interdependence of the regional environment state with the level of enterprise development The purpose of this article is to determine to what extent the state of the regional environment, influences the development of companies located in different regions. In the first part, the paper characterizes the regional environment and presents it as a factor in the development of enterprises. In the second part, based on statistical data, the relationship between the development of regional environment and the enterprise development in individual voivodeships in 2006-2010 was examined.

Współzależność stanu otoczenia regionalnego z poziomem rozwoju przedsiębiorstw Celem artykułu jest określenie wpływu otoczenia regionalnego na rozwój przedsiębiorstw w poszczególnych województwach. W pierwszej części artykułu scharakteryzowano otoczenie regionalne oraz przedstawiono je jako czynnik rozwoju przedsiębiorstw. W części drugiej, na podstawie danych statystycznych zbadano zależności pomiędzy stanem otoczenia regionalnego i rozwojem przedsiębiorstw w poszczególnych województwach w latach 2006-2010.

Polska ostatnimi laty jest liderem w przyciąganiu inwestycji zagranicznych wśród krajów Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej. Atrakcyjność inwestycyjna naszego kraju, według wielu badań, oceniana jest bardzo wysoko (według raportu Ernst & Young Atrakcyjność Inwestycyjna Europy w 2013 roku Polska zajęła 1. pozycję w rankingu), głównie za sprawą wysoko wykwalifikowanej siły roboczej. Istotnym elementem atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej, często podkreślanym przez samych inwestorów, jest również stabilność prawna i polityczna. Zatem głównym celem opracowania była analiza stabilności i przejrzystości polskiego systemu prawnego oraz odpowiedź na pytanie, czy polski system prawny jest elementem podnoszącym, czy raczej zagrażającym atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej naszego kraju. Badania opierały się m.in. na analizie indeksu Worldwide Governance Indicator oceniającego otoczenie instytucjonalne krajów.

Poland in recent years is the leader in attracting foreign investment among the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Investment attractiveness of our country, according to many studies, is assessed very high (according to the Ernst & Young European Attractiveness Report in 2013 Poland's economy took first place in the ranking), mainly due to a highly skilled workforce. An important component of the investment attractiveness, often emphasized by the investors themselves, is legal and political stability. Therefore, the main objective of this paper is to analyze the stability and transparency of the Polish legal system in recent years, and the answer to the question whether the Polish legal system is a improving element or rather a threat to the investment attractiveness of the country. The research is based, inter alia, on the analysis of the Worldwide Governance Indicator index assessing the institutional environment of countries.

This article was intended to demonstrate the role of the relationship established by the companies and their effectiveness in reaching, broadly understood, the success of companies in the market. This article discusses the different definitions of success for the company. It also presents the basic determinants of success, while taking into consideration the importance of relationships in this matter. It also indicated that relational competence and effects relationships can be seen as the key success factors of enterprises.

This paper presents the behavior of Polish companies in the communication with subjects of surroundings in the EU market.

This value creates a mostly intangible capital replenished capital. It also amends the interpretation and design strategy. It is a holistic process, dynamic, social, cultural, learner. This new paradigm must take account of business models. Among them is a network organization model.
